Cabin Rental

Terms & Conditions

1. No refunds are issued for “no-shows”, early departures or cancellations within two weeks of the rental date or after the arrival date.
2. Cabins can be reserved for a maximum of 7 nights within a 30-day period.
3. There will be a $5 per night charge on all canceled reservations.
4. Smoking is not allowed in cabins.
5. Alcohol is not permitted at Howell Woods, including the cabins.
6. Occupants are expected to clean their cabin upon leaving and properly dispose of waste.
7. Charges will be made for any broken or missing items, for any damage to furnishing or equipment or if excessive cleaning is required.
8. A $35 cleaning fee will be charged if the staff has to spend more than 15 minutes to clean or repair rented facilities or other parts of the property due to misuse before group departure. Any repair or cleaning required after departure will result in an invoice for full amount of repair or cleaning costs.
9. There is a $20 fee per pet. Guests are limited to a maximum of two pets per cabin.
10. While outdoors, all pets must be leashed and kenneled while indoors.
11. Howell Woods is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or left behind.
12. Guest will be charged $20 for lost keys.
13. Check-In is After 1:00 pm. Checkout is by 11:00 am.
14. All visitors should ensure that gates are closed behind them.
